Brymark Promotions Inc. (Brymark) is firmly committed to your privacy and the protection of your information. As part of the normal operation of services we provide to process and ship the orders placed online for Liberal Party branded product, we handle limited information concerning you and/or your purchase. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information practices.
1. Information Shared with Brymark Promotions in Processing Online Orders for Liberal Party Branded Items
Certain information, such as name, address, phone number and email address is collected from your online order and attached to an order fulfillment request that the Liberal Party forwards to Brymark. This is done to obviously identify your order for picking and shipping to you. The order fulfillment request will also identify the items you have purchased along with their cost. A freight rate will also show on this request – based on the level of courier service required combined with the size/weight of your total order.
The Liberal Party will transfer financial information, such as your credit card number or credit card expiration date, to Brymark only to fulfill the order request. That information will be destroyed once the order is fulfilled.
Only orders approved by the Liberal Party to ship will be forwarded to Brymark for processing.
2. Our Use of Your Information
A record of your order will be maintained at the Brymark offices. This order record will also have the specific courier tracking information generated for your shipment of goods. Your contact information will be kept available to Brymark fulfillment staff to be used to contact you as/if necessary whereas it concerns the successful processing/shipping of your order.
3. Our Disclosure of Your Information
Brymark will never use personally identifiable information provided to us by the Liberal Party through each order fulfillment request in any way unrelated to the ones described above. Brymark will never willfully sell, lease, share or rent any personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party person and/or organization.
However, Brymark may be required to disclose personally identifiable information to the government or by court order under certain circumstances.
4. Security
All order information is kept secured at the Brymark facility. The order information is filed within our Finance Department offices upon successful completion of the shipping of your order. On occasion, Brymark may gather your order information into a summary report of orders shipped for the Liberal Party. But this info will only be shared with the Liberal Party.
